Atheism and the Church

Anyone can be a run of the mill atheist. They’re a dime a dozen. But it takes a special contempt for God to be a believer who is an atheist in daily practice. And it isn’t the run of the mill atheist who is harming Christianity, but instead it is the person who claims to be a believer but who lives their life, daily, without interest in or reference to God’s will. “The fool has said in his heart, ‘there is no God'”.
