From This Week’s Bulletin

Revival begins Sunday night and runs through Wednesday evening. Plan to come, and bring a friend. And pray, pray, pray for our community.

May 24– Homecoming!

June 14– Youth Day!

Please remember that we will be receiving a love offering after the morning service (as was announced last week).

A famous Evangelist was once asked how a revival might begin. He answered “Go home, lock yourself in your room, kneel down in the middle of your floor. Draw a chalk mark all around yourself and ask God to start the revival inside that chalk mark. When He has answered your prayer, the revival will be on.” —Missionary Worker

Evangelism, fine as it is, is not revival. After a signally successful meeting, Billy Graham was asked, “Is this revival?” Graham replied, “No. When revival comes, I expect to see two things which we have not seen yet. First, a new sense of the holiness of God on the part of Christians; and second, a new sense of the sinfulness of sin on the part of Christians.”
